During medieval times it was difficult to imagine a person without headwear. Excluding the children, it was compulsory to wear head pieces whether they were men or women belonging to all ages. Not only did they help you keep your modesty, but also keeps the sun and rain off.

Here is the basic headpiece: the Coif. Made from 100% linen, formed to comfortably fit a head, and made with completely serged and hemmed edges, this headpiece is a staple in any medieval man or woman's wardrobe.

Make it in classic white or stand out with a color that matches your garb! One size fits most, but if you are worried please feel free to send me your head circumference.
